Our house extensions are competitively priced, we recently went out to see an elderly lady near Bath who had been heavily overquoted - our prices would have been less by approximately 30%. We are always very honest and there are no hidden extras - any unforseen work or complications will be charged fairly at the going rate and agreed in advance. For example, a client wanted an extra Velux window and had a price through the Velux website of £270 plus VAT. By going through a builder's merchant the same window and blind was aquired for £250, VAT included, with flashing and fitting accessories at no extra cost.

This house had a small lean to kitchen and living room and only one bedroom and bathroom. With the house extension completed there was a much more spacious kitchen and diner area. Upstairs we added a large bedroom and en suite bathroom with a large skylight window.

Our house extensions are completed to specification with insulated blocks and Saletex insulation in the walls. We tape the joints across insulation packs to further prevent heat loss, and we always make sure the cavity is completed cleanly with no mortar contact to stop damp from seeping into the building. We also work hard to keep the building site clean and tidy.
